There are two ways to obtain postal address – (1) SGLocate API and (2) SGLocate Dataset.

1. SGLocate API is a cloud based web API that allows website, web form, mobile and desktop application developers to effortlessly implement address verification, validation, geocoding and autocomplete for Singapore addresses in the applications with a few lines of codes.
    
2. SGLocate Dataset is a set of postal address in data files that ease postal address maintenance in standardized format, implement address verification, validation, geocoding and autocomplete for Singapore in the applications.

Our postal address comes directly from Singapore Post Limited and it has the most up-to-date postal address.

To subscribe SGLocate API, you need an account to obtain the API key. Simply sign up here. Demo keys are available to test the service for free too. Demo key is tested based on sample set of postal addresses. When you are ready for actual integration, you can purchase a subscription plan most suitable for you. Simply login and make a purchase!

You can login to your account to view your daily usage at your convenience. An email will be triggered to you when you have utilized 80% of your API calls quota. This allows you to monitor your usage before your API calls reset every month. Kindly note additional charge is applicable for excess usage.

SGLocate API provides monthly subscription starting from S$30 with 500 API calls a month. Your subscription will auto-renew when we charge to your card successfully monthly. We do this so that the service is always available for you. For example, suppose that you subscribe our monthly subscription on 10th Jan. Your subscription will auto-renew on 9th Feb. This new subscription is valid for one month from the new date.

SGLocate Dataset provides annual subscription from $1,200 per annum, with quarterly or monthly updates available for download. You may choose to renew or cease the subscription after one year.

All major debit/credit card issued (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX) are accepted for payment. This allows you to subscribe anytime, anywhere. Login to your account, choose your preferred plan and you will be taken through the checkout process.

If you have a valid debit/credit card in your account, there will be no interruption in service and the next subscription will kick in automatically, every month. If the debit/credit card deduction is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made. If the second attempt failed, the service will be ceased.

SGLocate Dataset expires after one year. You may choose to renew or cease subscription after one year. To renew subscription, simply contact us and we will get in touch with you soonest.

Yes. SGLocate API can be integrated into any software that has access to the internet and can perform HTTP GET calls and that allows for custom handling of the JSON responses returned from the call. This includes most customisable CRM's, ERP's, the full Microsoft office suite including Excel, Access, Word and many other web and desktop applications.
